About Hospia

A calmer way to host.

Hospia gives every guest one link with everything they need for their stay. You get one workspace to manage every booking, message, and request. No extra apps on either end.

Why Hospia exists

Short-term rentals asked hosts to be part storyteller, part hotelier, and part logistics coordinator, often with nothing but messaging apps and memory to hold it all together. Guests, meanwhile, are comparing your place to every smooth check-in and clear welcome pack they have seen elsewhere, even when they booked through a casual listing.

We started Hospia from a simple belief: the best stays are built on care and clarity, not on how fast you can type between turnovers. Hosts who pour energy into their homes should not lose that energy to repeating WiFi passwords, lost PDFs, or requests that disappear in a message thread.

Hospia is not here to replace your voice or your recommendations. It gives that hospitality a single, dependable home: one place guests trust, and one workspace where you and your team can see what matters for each stay.

What guests get

Guests receive one link before they arrive. No app to install, no account to create. Inside that link they find arrival instructions, WiFi details, house rules, local recommendations, and a way to request services or message you if they need anything during their stay.

  • Welcome and arrival: clear directions, access instructions, and what to expect when they walk in.
  • Service requests: airport transfers, grocery orders, mid-stay cleaning. Guests request, you confirm. No phone calls.
  • Local recommendations: the places you actually know, not a generic travel app list.
  • In-stay messaging: guests reach you through the link. Every message lands in your Hospia inbox, tied to their booking.

What you get

One workspace for every stay across every property. Upcoming bookings, active guests, open service requests, and guest messages, all in one view. Sorted by what needs your attention today, not by when someone last texted you.

Property managers who coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and guest communication can keep everything in one place so nothing depends on one person's phone. Hosts who manage from a distance can still give guests a professional, personal experience.

Who Hospia is for

Hospia fits independent hosts managing one apartment as well as small teams running several villas. If you describe yourself as a vacation rental, holiday let, serviced apartment, or guesthouse, the same ideas apply: guests want confidence, warmth, and easy access to help.

It works alongside Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct booking. You still list and get booked where travelers already search. Hospia is the layer that makes the in-stay experience feel as considered as your listing photos.

What it does for your reviews

When guests feel informed and looked after, it shows in how they write reviews. Reducing friction around check-in, local tips, and service requests often lifts ratings for communication and accuracy, not because you sent more messages, but because the right information was easy to find at the right time.

Open beta

Hospia is open to sign up and free during beta. Hosts who join now shape what gets built next, and the feedback from real stays drives the roadmap.
